PNW Process Serving offers standard, rush and same-day process serving options, with video documentation available when requested and where legally permitted.
Standard Service - $130
Includes routine service of legal documents within the standard time frame. First attempt made within 5 business days. Ideal for non-urgent cases where delivery can be completed within our regular service window. Proof of service is provided once completed and only 4 attempts will be made, whether successful or unsuccessful. Attempts will be conducted at varying times throughout the day to maximize the opportunity for contact.
Video Documentation - $35
When permitted by law, we provide video and/or photo documentation of the service attempt to support additional legal protection and verification. All reasonable efforts are made to create a recorded record of the effectuated service as confirmation of compliance. This service is offered in accordance with Washington State recording and privacy laws and is only utilized in situations where consent or legal authorization is not required, not withstanding RCW 9.73.030(1)(3) regarding the recording of communications without prior consent.
Rush Service - $165
Priority handling for urgent documents. Attempts are made as quickly as possible, often within 24-48 hours depending on location. Proof of service is provided once complete.
Notary Public - $30 per signature
Official notarization of documents by a licensed notary. Includes identity verification and proper certification for legal use. (Ellensburg area only)
